Fraud receipt

Parmeshwari marketing, an sales agency of Airel have collected 2664/- Rs in cash against recharge of my prepaid No. and other 3 new simcards on 21.08.2008 with a committement of recharging the new plan with in 2 hrs. My account doesnot reflect the money yet and not get also simcards. Please advice and take action on the same as it clearly refects in case of fooling customer against cash receipts.
