Rate cutter does not work

I am having problem with airtel. my booster card Rs.97 doesn't work, even though i registered complaint sill no action is taken, and the fools working in customer care is not giving me proper response, and not attending my call.. if it continues i will have to complaint on consumer court. my number is 9894490185.
