Wrong promise made by airtel executive

Dear sir/madam

last week i got a call from airtel number on my mobile, saying that, plz pay ur bill, as we will give u a waiver of 255 rs in ur whole bill amount of sep and oct bill. i paid 400 rs ang take reciept (receipt no-2921521, delhi). after 2 days i call up that number, the person said that u will get the waiver in 2-3 days. but till now i dont get any waiver, i dont know that why airtel company is doing this . they are misguiding us and cheating us.
