Disturbance calls

My mobile number is 99607 43692 in maharastra, always i am receiveing promotional call at Odd times. To avoid such kind of calls i registered my request in Airtel Do not disturbe option, then also i am receiving such a kind of disturbances, then i made call to at least 5 customer care excitives and request for deactivating promotional calls.but after 5 days still i am receiving disturbance calls. Againg i made call to airtell exectives named as Yoges & Vikas singh & asked them to register complaint they replied me it is imposible by them to register complaint, if i want to register complaint then i needed to go to nearer airtel office and register complaint... this short of activity is highly illogical..
