I have an Airtel Connection having number 9892417139 on which Airtel Live is activated and Portfolio Manager Service is also activated since april. Since Oct I am facing loss of connectivity and am not getting the current updates of Shares. Despite numerous complaints the problem still persists. Even today (throughout the day) the share prices displayed on the screen were the closing figures of Friday i.e.9/5.I reiterate that there is no way to contact your GPRS section even though your helpline staff says that after selecting the language option select 4-4-2.

I reiterate that there is no option no 2.Due to your fault I have lost quite some amount of money for which you no doubt have a disclaimer clause. This I feel is not correct. Should there be a genuine problem I can understand. But recurring problem of this nature cannot be toletated by me. I request you to treat this matter seriously and ensure that the matter stands resloved by 9.30 am tomorrow and steps taken to avoid inconvenience to old and loyal customers like me.
