Disconnection w/o information

On saturday (16th Aug 08) night, without any information and valid reason my number was blocked. On Sunday 17th Aug 08, after 2 visit to Airtel Outlet at Laxmi Nagar, my number was activated again.

I asked customer care executive about the disconnection but they have no valid answer.

Previously also when I was out of india, my postpaid plan was changed to other plan instead of keeping in safe custody. And when I refused to pay the amount, my connection was again disconnected. And after many calls to customer care it was activated.
