THIS ISSUE IS AROUND 05-06 YRS OLD NOW. I HAD GIVEN IN WRITTEN TWICE TO AIRTEL AMBALA THAT I HAD LOST MY MOBILE CONTAINING NO. 9896399981. BUT STILL YOUR COMPANY HAS BLOCKED MY 2000 RS WITH HDFC BANK. SURPRISINGLY THIS WAS DONE WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION TO ME AT ALL WHICH DIRECTLY REFLECTS THE QUALITY OF WORK OF YOUR STAFF. DESPITE REPEATED COMPLAINTS AND CALLING UP TELEPHONICALLY NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TILL NOW. WELL, I THOUGHT OF GIVING IT A LAST TRY AS MY 2000 RS IS STILL BLOCKED WITH HDFC BANK AND I M NO LONGER USING THE BANK FACILITIES. THE BANK ALSO DIDNT INFORM ME BEFORE BLOCKING THIS MONEY. THIS IS TOTALLY INCORRECT IN YOUR AS WELL AS ON BANKS PART. AT LEAST THE CUSTOMER SHOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED.. AND RS IS NOT A VERY BIG AMOUNT THAT U TROUBLE SOMEBODY LIKE THIS..IF U WANT U TAKE THIS RS AND ENJOY (WHICH WILL ALSO BE INCORRECT)... BUT RESOLVE THE MATTER AT THE EARLIEST...
