AIRTEL DEDUCTED MY BILL BEFORE 1 DAY OF MY BILL DUE DATE FROM CREDIT CARD WITH OUT ANY NOTICE

Hi am recently subscribed to airtel post paid (9000993336) service in Hyderabad, AP. when i applied for the connection they ask me to submit my Credit card zerox instead of refundable deposit and they told that is only for the proof but they don't deduct any amount from credit card, they have a right to deduct if i am unable to pay the amount even after the last date of my payment .but i received a bill of RS 423.94 for 11-December, so my last date of payment was 30-DEC, when i approach airtel show room to pay the bill, they said i have to pay RS 423.94 . i paid the amount on 30-Dec through Barclay's bank .here the thing is they already deducted RS 423.94 from my HDFC credit card without any information on 29-DEC (even the show room people also not informed me regarding the payment they have deducted amount from my HDFC credit card on 29-DEC, they again taken the amount on 30-DEC).
