My postpaid no. 9967279355. i have exhausted by complaining with regards to my settlement of my post paid acccount . collection agency by the name of RMS solution called me with regards to outstanding, agent called rupali no.9967018680 gave me a settlement figure which i agreed to pay and collection boy vishal came and took a check of settlement figure. and gave me a ordinary receipt which is not full and final receipt. and then few days later airtel legal dept sends me a letter asking me to pay further outstanding. then i called up legal dept mr vikram singh 998732569. he says there is nothing he can do and told me to call ms rupali. i called many times but she never picks up the phone. all i need is my full and final settlement letter.
