Sir,

I am a customer of Airtel. I am a subscriber of Post paid services. I have got GPRS activated on my cell phone. Despite of repeated complaints made with the customer care in regard to getting of poor signals of GPRS and not getting of GPRS, no action has been taken by the Customer care executive sitted at Raipur. Then I have deactivated the GPRS and taken the Sim of GPRS from the Reliance. Now I am satisfied that I am getting proper signals of GPRS. The Airtel Customer Care department has got paralitic attack. The Airtel should close it Customer Care, and should give the new name to customer care as Customer's Exploitation Centre.
