Wrongly charged download messeages

Dear sir

my mobile no-9789828049 -model no_2626,

06-11-08 I got three service Inbox messeages, i opend this messages, automatically network connecting, so I closed inbox immediately. But the same night charged to me (99 99 50) Rs 250. 00

I am not downloading these type of messages, and my mobile model cant downloading any net messages. So how can charged for me!? So

pls pls pls less this amount in my mobile bill this month.

Otherwise i cant Pay this month amount...

so pls kindly do this needfull. Ref complaints no:798159996//80618//817906162.
