Sir this is to request you that I am subscriber of Post Paid connection No.99547088621 which I have taken from Guhati now I have transferred from there year back.

Since then I have been running to your Jamshedpur Airtel office to surrender or change the address or transferred to Prepaid but I have got no assistance.

I therefore request you to kindly help me in the above matter or I will stop paying the bills.
