HI,
I am using airtel post paid connection for last 3 months & whenever i call them for any bill complain they always say, we cannot open your records due to some technical issue . its not once, but everytime when i call them . more over i had word with supversior he name is "Satish " he is not ready to listen to me . i called them as there was issue with my monthll bill . i told them i can see all the betail online and it wrong . but he wasnt ready to listen to me . earlier to it 3 time my call was disconnected. If i am not worng 1st rule to BPO/Domestic call center is what ever customer is saying he is right . but Airtel customer care dont listen to you at all . according to them customer are always wrong. And reagarding my bill issue supervisor didnt register my complain & and call us after 2 day.
i dont know what the hell this is . because again i will call them they will again say techincal issue. Airtel being such a big company WHY they have such a BAD Customer care service from exactive to Supervisor.
