Non activation of prepaid SIM

I have got my postpaid connection migrated to prepaid, my mobile no is 9972089864, post paid connection is disconnecte on 13/02/09, but prepaid connection is not activated till today 8 pm, i have contacted airtel retail shop krupali teleservices, p j ext, davanagere from where i got new SIM and have paid Rs.148/- for recharge on 07/02/09.but theyhave not been able to activatr the SIM. they are simply telling that it will done today in morning /evening. ihave visited them 5 times and telephoned them about 10 times. but nothing has happened.so i am thinking of cancelling your service and going for other service.hope this matter will taken seriously and improve your service.
