Hi,

My Self M.A.Kureshi, I have Postpaid connection of Air tel since 2004 with same number,

On 16th Feb i lost my phone, within half an hour i contacted to air tel customer care number 9898012345 & 9898098980, with my friend's Prepaid Air tel Number. To inform them that please Inactive my sim card so no one can misuse it, but i am shocked when they told me that call from another number (Land line or Other Provider not Air tel) at that time i was on highway there is not any hotel or nothing else,

one of their Executives told me that if you have no other number then shout on Highway that CAN ANYBODY HAS OTHER PROVIDER THEN AIR TEL, how ridiculous they are???

And Finally at Night Around 10 PM i was called customer care with Vodafone Number to Inactive my Number, and now they told me to wait till tomorrow 12 : 00 PM.

Now tell me who is Responsible if My Number is Misused??
