Networking Problem

My no. is 9958297484 (postpaid). Once the SIM gets activated and there is problem of networking' Emergency Only' seen on my handset. I have contacted to customer care service but get no proper repply except that please call through my mobile. I couldn't make call due to network connection problem shown on my handset.
