this is karthik. R. Am working in WIPRO, bangalore. Me and my friends have taken AIRTEL C.U.G connection. Our plan is H-17. We have unlimited c.u.g calls, but when i went and checked in the customer care office, i came to know that we dint have that benefit and our calls has been charged. Then i raised a complaint and now my connection got cleared. But still my friends number have not been included in c.u.g. I have attached a list of their numbers with this mail. Make a note of it and do the needful. After adding them in c.u.g revise all our bills and give us the discounts too, which can be later detucted from our bill.
