Dear Sir,

My number is 9994589540, i have been using this number for past 7years, recently last month i changed my same number to postpaid connection, even i have paid my mobile bill also last week (0163 dated 20/05/09))amont Rs 470.00.By all of a sudden today morning my out going calls has been barred. When i contacted customer care they informed me my address is out of service area, but before getting this post paid connection i have given my address proof (Tiruvallur address) only after verification they have given me the connection. Pls do the needful, as iam mentally upset because iam not able to make business calls.
