I had the CUG connection between my number 9791006874 and 9840229744 from december 08 and have been enjoying CUG discounts for the calls made between these numbers but from March 09 the CUG connection between these two numbers have been deactivated without intimating and the CUG discounts was not given for the calls made between these numbers, I want an explanation on why my CUG has been deactivated without intimating and Refund me with the discount that was not given for all these months.
