I have continuing paying more than approximate 1000 rent in a single month and I have already been Harassed since last more than 1 month because I have called 21st or 22nd May for changing my GPRS Bill Plan Changed and deactivate my all vas
(Hell Tune, Radio Mirchi, SMS Pack etc.)
But while I was called at 21 June to know about the bill plan and how they are generated my bill over 1700 without any use so much I was not getting reply from your side. Then I called to 121 but they are refusing me give any information some time some executive gives me a service request no while I calling next time no request has been raised by anyone in my account.
And i have also putting a mail to 121@airtelindia.com but they are also not taking serious.
and billing is still running is old tarrif.
