Dear Sirs

My Name is Pramesh Kumar, My airtel no is 9944996622 i am using this connection past 3 yrs, i am having som many billing problem for the past 8 months, if i called the call center, they donot care about the customers, because they donot have any rights to solve the problem because they are out sourced by airtel.

i am facing lot of problem by using VAS packs, they canot anser my questions...

in the airtel itemised bill so many problems, they are collecting so many rupees from custome
