Permanently disconnected my connection without any reason

I HAD PURCHASED A NEW AIRTEL POSTPAID CONNECTION HAVING NUMBER 9004444449 ON 13TH JUNE AND HAD PAID RS 5000 AS THIS IS A SPECIAL NUMBER. THE VERY NEXT DAY THEY DISCONNECTED. AFTER SEVERAL COMPLAINTS AND VISITS TO AIRTEL RELATIONSHIP CENTRE THEY ACTIVATED AFTER 10-12 DAYZ, THEN AGAIN AFTER FEW DAYZ THEY BARRED MY OUTGOING CALLS STATING THE REASON AS NEGATIVE VERIFICATION. BUT THE VERIFICATION WAS ALREADY DONE AND WAS POSITIVE. THEN AGAIN I VISITED TO ARC MORE THEN 7-8 TIMES. AND I GAVE REQUEST FOR RE-VERIFICATION. STILL WAS NOT DONE. THIS WENT ON FOR 10 DAYZ ALMOST. THEN SUDDENLY THEY ACTIVATED MY CARD AND TOLD WE HAVE DONE TELE-VERIFICATION AND NOW ITZ POSITIVE. THEN AGAIN ON 5TH AUGUST THIS PEOPLE PERMANENTLY DISCONNECTED MY CONNECTION. INSPITE OF SEVERAL COMPLAINTS THEY ARE NOT ACTIVATING. PLZ HELP ME FOR THE SAME. I HAVE PAID MY BILLS ALSO
