Charging high, wrong information

My number is 9967658760 inthe name of Rupesh Manwatkar.

In my mobile total bill was showing Rs.929 on 31st of july, customer care called me and asked me to pay Rs769 something, must be after deduction of sms charges which is free . once i told the difference he said then to pay Rs929.

Later for two days bill that is on 02/08 they have shown me the bill of Rs.268 for which I have not called anybody for so long.

Also, my todays bill is showing Rs517, which total amount goes to Rs.929 Rs.517 =1446. The airtel message has come that i have crossed the limit of Rs2000.
