My self working for a reputed concern and my management got me a CUG Airtel Post paid connection. Initially I was asked to give a cheque for ECS, so, I have submitted my Axis Bank cheque for my monthly bill payment. instead of keeping so many account with different banks, I would like to keep one bank for all accounts. so, I request Airtel customer care executive Mr. Ragavendar and Mr Prasanth to send their person to collect my SBI Cheque for the ECS bill payment. I was answered very arrogantly by Mr. Prasanth, and Mr Ragavendar said he will speek to the agency/showroom people if possible else I have to go and meet show room people for my request. I had registered this complaint about two months ago. indeed there is no response from Airtel till this date. I have closed my account with Axis bank this month, so I called up Airtel Customer Care again, the person who picked up the call just disconnected while I speaking, When they can send their executive for a new connection why can't they send the person for the existing customer request. why the rules and regulation of Airtel is so odd. simply it gives trouble to their existing customer.
