Extra billing

Hi,

I am Yogesh, I had lodge a complaint for extra bill last month. In which I was having extra bill of Rs.1300.

Rest of the bill i had paid.

But aging I got that extra amount in this month bill.

As it was committed by Airtel that extra amount will get waive off but still i am getting my bill with that extra amount.

So kindly resolve this issue as my phone number is not working.
