Harassing nature of airtel customer care

In continuation of the posts of 4/10 and 6/10, the problem of not being able to contact customer care still lies unresolved. They have not cared to resolve the problem and have closed the case without resolving the problem nor have they written any mail since long.
Now elevating the case to Gujarat nodal officer. Copy of mail written to them is as follows:
Dear Sir,
With regret to tell that have complained since two weeks that unable
to contact 121/12118 while in roaming. Getting error`service not available due to technical error.` Have given alternate contact numbers
but no one has cared to resolve the problem. Only doing formality-time pass. The cases are closed without any resolution provided. Moreover the executives are harassing the customer by writing non-sensensical things and asking same info again and again
which has been provided umpteen number of times.
For your info, this our communication is before the public (in public forum) so that all can see the attittude of airtel executives.
PLEASE RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
