Airtel Post Paid
After closing bills are coming

Hi,

Some people came to my home and given a Airtel post paid connection. I have paid 500 rupees and accepted the connection. They informed that this 500 will be deducted from your bill after three months. After taking this connection i paid bills for some months and i never used this number. I am getting bills everymonth and i am paying continiously. finally two months back one executive came to home to collect the bill around 500 rupees i paid and provided cancellation letter to that executive. I don't know whether he submitted that letter or not. Again i got bill around 490 rupees. How many months i need to pay after cancellation of the number. Again today i got a notice stating that we will send notice if you dont pay this bill. How to proceed from here, Actually i am planning to put this case in consumer forum...
