Networking problem on mobile

Dear sir,

i wish to bring your kind attention towards my neworking problem on my mobile no.9818778519.for that i have lodged many compliants from time to time. compliant no. 14040818 dated 26th sept' compliant no. 606465149 dated 24th jan'08, 15351261 dated 23rd jan'08 and 15268937 dated 18th jan'2008 but still there is no resolution of my problem even no calls received about that after certain promises in SMS.

As i'm a postpaid customer of your company and paying 398/- monthly rental charges for your better services but my many calls drops after few seconds causing me much inconvenience while talking to my near and dear ones even it mark a bad impression about me on other person...(they may think that i'm doing it intentionly). i phase great depression when good talks suddenly drop due to this networking problem. moreover i have to pay the whole one minute charges for that call drops of very few seconds.

i, therefore, request you may kindly look into the matter and a sum of weaver must be given to my monthly bill till you people able to rectify my problem as i'm paying monthly rent 398/- for your better service; which i'm not getting and after that i'm also paying for the seconds remaining while call drops;which is totally irrational with old customer.
