Airtel Postpaid
Not sending the bill

Airtel don't want to send the bill, they only send a sms to pay the bill. with out any detail information how can i pay the bill. i have given calls more then 20 to 25 times to send me the bill, but they want me to pay the amount but they do not want to send me a bill.
