Billing issue - poor services

Hi,
I am facing poor services from Airtel Postpaid services, which I am holding for past 4yrs. I had requested for a CUG change in the month of Aug... there started my issues. They have changed the CUG but with some othername as customer. I am paying airtel every month bills, but suddenly I have received a letter in the month of Nov mentioning that there is due of 1850/-, they also mentioned that please ignore if you have already paid the bill. I started getting calls saying that I have to pay bill of 1850/- which is over due. I have done every thing to resolve this issue, approached airtel customer care, Airtel-Accenture customer care executives/senior people, etc... Finally I got response that there is a/c no change when the CUG is changed so the difference is coming. I have asked for the bills i paid it has clear history for every month, they are saying that the transition period calls are not paid which is 1850/- i.e. between 28th Sept to 04th Oct. I have asked for the bill details for the above period and got response from the saying that they can't provide the call details.
In this process of 8months, due to deactivation of my mobile services I missed twice my flight, missed many international calls and finally they disconnected my outgoing & incoming (today)... Airtel is really pathatic service provider. I have lost with Airtel & thought of approaching the Consumer Court with all details of mail trails/flight tickets etc.
