Incoming Account statement

Dear Sir/Mdm

I am a regular and good customer of Airtel from last few years my Airtel Connection Number is 09896912603 which is on my name i.e. Sunil Goswami, my residence Address is 1488/21 Adarsh Nagar Rohtak-124001 Haryana.

My complaint is that someone is sending me threatening logo as well as picture messages from your server on my number and I am unable to find the particular person.

The detail of the mentioned picture and logo message is given below

In this regarding I talk to customer care so many time and I personally visited your Rohtak Regional office so many time but till now I am unable to received the sender number who is sending me threatening messages from your server. It means you are also involved into this particular crime and you are safeguarding the accused by hiding his identity.

Kindly provide me the details of these particular number otherwise I have to take some LEGAL ACTION against your company and I don’t want to destroy such a good relation with Airtel. and I am not demanding any illegal information from you I am just demanding my incoming statement of particular messages mentioned above.

I am expecting corporation from your side in this particular problem.
