DEAR SIR,
THIS IS TO BRING YOUR KIND ATTENTION TOWARD THE OVER CHARGING ME FOR USING AIRTEL POSTPAID CONECTION.
AS I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING YOUR CUSTOMER EXECUTIVES TIME TO TIME FOR KEEP ACTIVATING THE STD PACK SINCE I STARTED BILL PLAN FOR ADVANCE RENTAL, SO THAT I CAN REDUCE MY STD COST, BUT UNFORTUNETALY ITS HAPPENING AGAIN AND AGAIN, LOOK I AM NOT GOING TO PAY AS PER YOUR CHARGED BILL.
TIME TO TIME YOUR CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE KEEP CONFIRMIMG ME THAT THIS STD PLAN WILL KEEP ACTIVATED, BUT I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY AGAIN AND AGAIN YOU PEOPLE DACTIVATE THIS, JUST TO OVER CHARGE ME???
TO BE VERY CLEAR I DOESN'T MEAN THAT IF I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE RENTAL FOR ONE YEAR, I CAN'T DROP AIRTEL CONNECTION, I AM FREE TO CHOSE MY SERVICE PROVIDER, I AM NOT BOUNDED WITH AIRTEL, I HEREBY WARNING YOU TO REFUND ME ALL THE EXTRA CHARGES YOU CHARGED ME FOR THE STD CALLS FROM THE STARTING.
ITS ENOUGH NOW!!!
I WILL REGISTER THIS COMPLAIN TO T.R.A.I. TO LITERRLY OVER CHARGING THE CUSTOMER.
I DON'T WANT TO CONTINUE WITH AIRTEL, I WANT ALL THE MY MONEY BACK (OVERCHARGED AMOUNT SINCE BEGINING OF THE ADVANCE RENTAL PACK THE BALANCE RENTAL).
