Unauthorized GPRS charges

To whom so it may concern,

I am Airtel Post-paid customer. My number is 9987542917, from past 3-4 months i am being charged for GPRS usage for which i have complaint earlier.

I am charged rentel of 399 per month for the same... even though i never used it. I am fed up with the customer care & want to disable my number because i am getting charged each month for the GPRS even i am not using it (i got the feedback from customer care that it is disabled but still i am getting charged for the same each month) for which i requested in last month.

The response i got was to pay all the charges due, the they will go about disconnecting the service.
