Airtel Postpaid
NOP not working

Since march 5, net on phone is not working. i have been complaining for the past 5 months, and yet there is no considerable result obtained. i want to know whether the service will be provided or not? pls, do the necessary things at the earliest. if I open that NOP, i get a message "you're not authorised to view this page and if problem persists pls contact your operator".
