Wrongly charging of bill for phone no 9910206557

I had given the request for disconnection of phone the phone was disconnected but airtel is charging the bill. as per the telephonic talk with cc executive the bill will be adjusted from secutity and the balance will be refunded. Till take not refunding my security amount. this is A CHEATING done by airtel.
