I am not able to receive incoming calls

Hi,

I have a postpaid of Airtel no:9177772021.

I am able to receive incoming calls, when i am trying to call no, it is saying "not reachable". I have been facin gproblem for 4 days. I dont know what is the proble.

please do needful urgent.
