Brokers connection with ticket counter

This is the biggest sign of ur negligence... Yesterday from 10:30pm i was in a queue at JP NAGAR 4th block (bangalore) reservation counter. When i reached there there were just 3 ppl ahead of me but in the mrng at 7:30 some brokers came and broke the queue.. I objected them but they threatened me... Each broker had atleast 4 slips with them and the worst part of it was that even ur ticket counter ppl was accepting their 4-5 slips and was providing them the ticket...

I was in a queue for around 10 hrs but still i didn't get tatkal ticket... Is dis the service u provide to ur customer??? Is dis the type of security u provide to ur customer???

If u cant provide tatkal ticket to general public... change the name from "TATKAL TICKET" to "BROKERS TICKET"... Really bad!!! Indian railway should be ashamed of itself...

Therefore, i request u to take action against them.
