2 other mobile nos. clubbed in my bill although those nos. are not mine

2 other mobile nos. those are not mine had been clubbed into my bill. I have already paid my bill but Airtel is not providing me service due to the unpaid amount of other 2 phone nos. those are not mine.

i have already written to 121@airtelindia.com, bt no action.
