My mobil no.is 09791039139 I took the conection in the name of J.Louis in Tamilnadu, Chennai since from the day 1 they dont provide the bill either in the mail or by post in spite of calling the customer care very frequently they give lot of falls promises saying we will give the bill today, but nothing happened. I use to get the bill only after my due date by the time they will disconnect my line. When i saw the bill i found out that they have charged me late payment fees not only that my mobil does not suport GPRS and they are charging for it also. Whent I complain about it the give replay we will revert back and I ask for some senior person they say they are not on there seat and when I ask for head office numer they say they dont have land line in ther office, so i am facing this problem for 9 months and know I did not recive the bill for the month of november and they have disconnecter out going call. Please help me to solve this problem and to reach ther higher offical.
