Airtel Post paid connection
No signal available since past one yeay in my residence

I am facing a tremendous network problem in my Flat. I have complaint several occasions to customer care without any result. My current complaint number is 27224478. Year before one og Airtel’s technical person visited my place & also experienced the same.

Currently as per my record I am paying 4 Rupees per call as once call takes more to dial for minimum four time to convey my part. When others are trying to reach me they are getting the response as out of service area or switched off!!!

So I am paying since past one an half year for that the service is not provided to me. I want to take a serious action against Airtel.
