First of all problem is internal comunication problem between airtels different departments i.e billing, maintanance, networking etc. no confirm reply by customer care common reply "request has been forwarded". network problem: i will like to bring in notice of telecom authority please make some rule regarding issue of connections, if the service providers system is not capable of handling so many connection then service provider should not issue the SIM or new connection to customers this should be applicable to every service provider.
