Airtel Postpaid Connection
New Connection in Bangalore

I have just relocated to Bangalore from Chennai and since I have been holding a post paid from Airtel for the past two years, decided to approach Airtel in Bangalore for the same service.

They said that I have to obtain a new connection as the circle was different (I e Karnataka)... the sales person was given the verification documents immediately and he promised a connection the same night.

After that, it has been a series of calls which I have been making to this representative (Mr Santhosh) or to the call centre most of which are not picked up ie they go unanswered!

I am hoping that I get the number I have asked for and have no clue when it will come through!

Pretty ordinary client service by any standards and perhaps I shoudl have tried an alternative service provider!

Disappointingly...
