Airtel Postpaid Connection
No Customer Satisfaction

HI...

I had been running after the airtel guys to get a new sim activated... but strange, looks like for an airtel connection 1 month is less. Then I took second sim and irony it worked for 2 full days. Thanks to the Airtel.

I had always preferred airtel, now the things are turning o'r.

I have a query if one is already a customer of Airtel & is applying for a new connection, what is the reason for a verification despite the customer is paying the bills monthly.

Why does customer satisfaction no more a concern for the Airtel.
