Dear Sir/madam, my name is Dr. Ashwani Nayyar and mob no. is 9872855589.Almost 6 months back, I have submitted an application for ECS for my bills at Can and Able communications, jyoti chowk, jalandhar. I have submitted triplicate copies of the application form duly signed and stamped by bank. I was asked that these will be sent to head office and it will be done. After - months, when I enquired from your no. they told me that there was no request for same. OK.Last month, may be around 6th Sept, I again submitted the triplicate forms signed and stamped by bank, but this request is again not fulfilled. When asked from Can and Able, they replied that the application has been sent but on enquiring from, I was told that there is no request. Now my complaint is that where has my forms and request gone? Have they not been submitted by Can and Able or again they have been misplaced by someone? I am not writing the name of the company person to whom I have submitted but if required I can give It to you. I hope someone will take notice of this and do the needful. Thanks.
