Airtel (Post Paid Connnection)
Not in receipt of new Sim and Mobile No

Hi

I have applied for the postpaid connection of Airtel and paid the refundable deposit money of Rs 599/- (refundable security deposit of 500 and 99 towards Sim charges) via cheque in favour 0f N.S. SYSTEM DEVICE (AIRTEL) and was informed that the service will get activated within a week.

But till today, its almost a 2 months, I have not got the connection for the same and not even had communication from Airtel. I feel that i have got cheated in the name of the said scheme.

I have also addresed my greivance to the " AIRTEL" lower parel office on 25th June and its almost a month passed for the same without any response from Airtel. Please find depicted the below communication with airtel for the said scheme.

Dear Sir

I have applied for your new postpaid scheme for monthly rental of 199 and paid the

cheque no. 694622 dated 26/05/08 in favour of N.S. SYSTEM DEVICE (AIRTEL) amounting Rs. 599/- (refundable security deposit of 500 and 99 towards Sim charges).for the said scheme. I have been provided with the customer copy of Subscriber Enrolment Form, serial no. B340362

The cheque got cleared from my ICICI bank a/c. on 30/05/08 but still, I am not in receipt of new sim & mobile no.

I would urge you to please look into the matter on the priority basis as its almost a month passed away from the day of application. I have a full trust on the service of “AIRTEL” being a customer for 2 long years.
