BID CUM APPLICATION (SHARES)

We applied for shares of FCH (Future Capital Holding Ltd.) for 128 shares but we got only 8 shares but still i could not get any cheque for balance of 120 shares. i made so many calls but no response from their side. first of all they takes aprrox 30 min to attend the call. my application no was 34750883. they told me they have despatched the cheque from courier/speed post. but i could not get anyone from their side. please do some in my favour if you can help for me.
