Airtel postpaid mobile
Need advance rental plan 995 for 2 yrs on my existing airtel numbe

Dear Sir,

I am Ritesh Kumar Gupta, PostPaid customer of AirTel my number is 9717071144. i am existing user of AirTel Rs 222 / Month plan and now AitTel has launch Advance rental plz for 2 yrs in Rs. 995. and this plan is only for new connections. when i am asking to migrate my plan to this new plan they are asking for Rs 1495 for 2yrs Rs 50 per month as clip charge. (in new 995 plan there are no monthly clip charges for 2 yrs and STD calls are Rs 1 /M)

as per TRAI rule which is telecaster on TV and Radio for mobile service provider i have already asked to AirTel customer care and outlet also but thy are telling me to buy new number then only they can give me that plan. i have talked to AirTel customer in this regard and they have given me reference number - 884594962 but not solution.

plz help.
