Non change of plans

I had requested to change my plan from 499 to 199 with effect from 7 march .the bill is overcharged for the period 11 mar to 10 april. Rs 330 should have been adjusted from my bill. I visited your saharnpur office 8 times personally & made complaint to lucknow also.

I was assured that Rs 330 will be adjusted from my bill 11 april to 10 may but same has not been done instead of giving rebate Rs 75 has been charged as late fee.

I am totally dissatisfied with your services.
