Not addressing the complains properly

Since activation of postpaid connection, whcich was offered by the executives of Airtel knocking my door, I haven't received any bill (neither hard copy nor soft copy) I have registerred the complain with customer care, I visited the officers at VEGA Centre in person, however no bill is posted at my e-mail address. Very disgusting, I am feeling cheated.
