Cheating in Billing

Dear Sirs,

I Have a new Airtel postpaid mobile connection from December. One day there was a message "your ringtone club membership has been renewed, Rs. 30 will be added to your bill". I never asked for any ringtone membership. I called helpline and they gave me another number to inactivate the membership. I called the helpline but there was no option for deactivating, only one can become a member.

When the bill came they have added Rs. 30 as downloading charge for ringtone. I again called the helpline and they told me that the charge will be deleted. I also wrote a mail. The reply was that the charge is correct and their billing is foolproof.

This is cheating. They are possible doing this to Lakhs of customers to gain maoney.

Please help me stop this cheating.
